Our latest article is a collaboration with Dr Leroux.
We tested in our cirrhotic model, the bile-duct ligation in rodent, the therapeutic solution developed in the laboratories of Dr Leroux and his team from ETH Zurich. These liposomes, used as peritoneal dialysis, entraped ammonia and thus decrease hyperammonemia. Cerebral edema has also been reduced.
